What we do with your details
Short version: we use them to quote your job and nothing else. Wording last reviewed August 2026.
What gets collected
The enquiry form asks four things: your name, a phone number, your suburb, and a description of what the car is doing. Alongside those we store one more item, the page the form was sent from, because it tells us which pages are worth keeping. Nothing else is captured. There is no email field, no address field, and no hidden inputs beyond a spam trap that real visitors never see.
If you ring the number on this site: calls are routed through a call tracking service before they reach the workshop, which is how we know which pages actually produce phone calls. It records the number you rang from, the time and the length of the call. The conversation itself is not recorded.
What it is used for
Quoting your job and arranging the booking. Your details are not sold, not rented, not added to a mailing list and not passed to anyone who is not working on your car.
Cookies and tracking scripts
None, in the sense most people mean. No advertising tag, no remarketing pixel, no chat bubble and no analytics library loads on any page here, and that is a deliberate build constraint rather than an oversight: it is most of the reason these pages open as quickly as they do. Where we do learn that a page was visited, it comes from the web server's own request log and from the call tracking described above. Neither one follows you off this site.
How long it is kept
Enquiries and call records are kept while we are dealing with your job and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that if you come back about the same car we know its history. After that they are deleted.
Having it deleted
Ring 0468 084 513 and ask, and it will be deleted. You do not have to give a reason and you will not be asked for one.
